This is my second card for Our Daily Bread Designs challenge for this week, to make your own embellishment, (dye your own seam binding, make your own flowers, make your own buttons or stickpins and etc.) on your creation. All the details can be seen here, ODBD's Design Blog. My hand made embellishment is the stick pin.
A close friend asked me to make, a "Girlie" card with a stick pin and a scripture of encouragement for her friend, Shirley, who was recently diagnosed with MS. This scripture is dear to me, and I know it will bring hope to Shirley. The scripture I used can be found HERE.
Thanks for looking!

Wow, this is the fourth time in the last week or so that I have seen that verse. By the third time, I start wondering what God is telling me. I must admit, I was a little scared. I too have a friend with cancer. Now I know what to do. Thanks for sharing. I love your card too.
