Congrats to Linda! Such a wonderful gallery and she always leaves such lovely comments! I chose her Happy Gardening to case. I kept the gardening theme, general layout and mix of 2 gingham/checked dp's, but I changed the images and used a border punch in place of the twine.
For my card, I stamped the new Our Daily Bread designs pumpkin w/ sienna (on orange c/s) then overstamped it w/ the vintage bg in the rhubarb ink. The leaves/stem were stamped w/ onyx onto green c/s then highlights painted w/ bleach. I die cut these w/ the matching ODBD custom die. On another piece of the orange, I punched the top edge and added my pumpkin and sentiment. It's layered w/ an orange gingham dp, olive then a green gingham dp. The finished vanilla card is 5.5 x 4.25.
For the little pumpkins in front, I used a new ornament die and if you'd like to see a little tutorial of how I made them please visit my blog w/ all the instructions & pics.
Thanks so much for looking and enjoy your day, Linda! My blog: The Write Stuff

Oh, WOW~ It took a while for me to realize the little pumpkins were a project of yours. They remind me of the honeycomb decorations we had! And that card has so many great features I cannot even begin to comment on them. So I will just say it is superb.
