I'm struggling along trying to get back in the swing of things. Since I've been kind of lacking in mojo, I saw a suggestion to join in a challenge or a sketch, etc. So, I went back and used SC349 that Roxie created. I haven't done many challenges as of late.
I needed a birthday for my brother and his b-day just happens to be the first day of Autumn, so what better way to send him wishes.
I used the striped ef on the main early espresso panel and paired the colors with More Mustard, Cajun Craze and Autumn Spice DSP. I stamped and embossed the 2 leaves (cut them out), sentiment and acorn at the top. I love that little acorn for some reason. I used the MS Vine Trim border at the top of the main panel. Embossed the panel with the leaves and sentiment.
I popped up the main panel with dimensionals as well as the leaves, acorn and sentiment.
That's about it. I hope my brother likes it. My photography has been lacking lately as my cards have been looking washed out - guess it lost its mojo too!!!

Pamzi this is just lovely. I love that paper-it is perfect for fall. The layout and punched border really showcases the paper to perfection. I don't think there is any lost mojo with this card. I find that putting my camera setting on "Vivid" brightens the pictures to where the cards look more like they do in real life. You may want to try that setting.

This is just super for a masculine card and sure to be well received. Wow! You just can't get more Autumn than this. I love that little acorn, too and the pretty leaves surrounding your sentiment. Keep it up, Pamzi!

Just like Dorothy found out in the Wizard of Oz, your mojo was never any farther than your own back yard...this is wonderful! Glad to see your uploads again and so sorry that life has gotten in the way of me being in our gallery as much as I'd like. Beautiful colors, punchez and details in this fall beauty...hope that brother had a happy birthday. Hugz!!

Your mojo isn't lost - take a step back and look at this wonderful card - it's awesome. I was going to say gorgeous - but not sure gorgeous is the best masculine adjective. Your card has dimension, wonderful elements and - ok - gorgeous colors!! I love it - and I bet your brother will too!
