I too am working on samples to give to a Remax person - It's hard to see, but there is background from Fresh Fillers stamped on the blue and red. The splatter design on the house pic if from Itty Bitty. The actual agent's pic is on he left-hand side and a listing of hers is on the right-hand side (from the company's newspaper ad). I'm lookinig for something to make it pop - suggestions?

The center image needs a mat to make it stand out. I like the suggestion of some light watercoloring, I think it would be cute to only do that to the middle house - kinda representing the house that they sold.
Notching the inside for them to put their business card is a fabulous idea. I would do that instead of going thru and cutting up the newspaper to add her picture to the front.

How about cutting the middle image with the houses down just a bit....maybe 1/16 or 1/8 of inch on all sides, so that you are cutting down on the white area around the houses, then mat it with blue or red making sure the mat isn't very wide so as not to obstruct the view of the listing and her pic, and maybe put a small "notch" at the top of the houses with a circle punch so that she can put her business card between the houses and the additional mat? You could add a snipet of red/white/&/blue ribbon with a staple to the business card at the notched out area to create a sort of tag!
