OK, I have been behind the 8 ball all week, but this card is combined for the Dirty Dozen July challenge to use stripes, Polka dots or stars, since they are all timeless and can be use as BG's or focal points in any design.
It is also for the TSC0715 this week issued by marleygo to make a card used a border punch, and embossing folder and metal of some kind. I used a soda can and dry embossed it, plus brads, used my dotted EF, and my SU border punch. It just all came together once I figured out what set to use.

Okay, I'm totally impressed with the metal embossing, Sue, and I've gotta try this - it looks fabulous! Love the silver mixed with black and white - what a beautiful silhouette card!

Love the silver and black together - how funny I went with gold this week and you went with silver -reminds me of a song.... silver and gold.... I digress, forgive me since it is so early in the morning. Great card Sue!!!!!
