Yikes, this was a real challenge for me. CASEing is counter-intuitive to me, and something I struggle with! I know Ina well from the photography section of the forum; I chose her Silhouette Alcohol Inks card to be inspired by.
Although I ended up with a similar blue colour scheme I actually started out with a green image panel - and then couldn't find any matching paper..
A2 base. Paper is Basic Grey Lime Rickey, with blue Bazzill.
I used several blue alcohol inks, including Stonewashed, Stream and Denim, and then I masked off the top and added some Rust and Meadow to darken the bottom up a bit.
Bulrushes are Penny Black, dragonfly is Aspects of Design, sentiment is Hero Arts; I used a Dew Drop instead of gems.

A beautiful case of Ina's original, Sabrina. I LOVE your blue tones and am glad it worked out that way for you instead of the green!! I have had the privilege of having Ina here at my home and of stamping in Buffalo with her for the past few years. I even still have some of the darling little crochet flowers she is so adept at making. A lovely lady to imitate.
