I started with some Poppy Parade card stock, my Big Shot and the Movers & Shapers die. I used my Star Extra-Large Punch with Build-A-Bear Pawsitively Prints II dsp and cut off the star's points for my banners. I strung them along a piece of White Baker's Twine, which is attached to the card with Daffodil Delight Brads. My sentiment is stamped on the inside of the card so it peeks throug the window.

Regina, What a fun, fun and bright birthday card. I love your colors, very creative banner cutting off the star punch points and how you hung up your banner with the twine and brads. I never think to use the peek a boo sentiment thru a card. I really love it all and how you still kept your card CAS. TFS Into my fav's.....

I'm back Regina - long time - no comments from me! I try my best to keep up; but, now I'm here. I LOVE your cut out sentiment and the banners just seal the deal. Awesome!
