I think I made my top panel too long on this sketch, but I had to in order to fit my couch and chair on there! (That actually happened to us IRL - shortly after my husband and I got married we seriously misjudged or mismeasured the size of our first furniture purchase of a couch and two chairs - when they got delivered we sat down on our new couch and found we could literally prop our feet up on the coal fire "across" the room in our first tiny home here in Belfast!)
I popped up the cushions on these chairs, added brads to the pillows, and lightly sponged around the edges of just about everything with Ranger Distress Antique Linen.
I masked around the edges of the border with post-it-notes and sponged inside. The two top panels are framed in brown, though it photographed more like black.

Bridget, I know I've said this before but you REALLY know how to use dp!! I love the flower dp paired with that yellow polka dot dp and then the added texture panel in the bg is just perfect, too! I LOVE your card!! That couch looks super comfy and I just LOVE those little pillows!! FABULOUS job using today's sketch!! WOW!!!~

That looks perfect for a cosy chat and a good cup of coffee .
When we moved here, DH cut down a bookcase he'd made in the last house to fit the available space here, and then he made it up again. And then he realised he'd forgotten to allow for the skirting board so it STILL wouldn't fit, and he had to take it to bits all over again and trim barely another inch off. A lot of trouble, but it was the bookcase for all our music books so he did it cheerfully .
