A flower challenge!! What could be more fun?!! Add coffee and I would say, "Nothing!!" This card is for challenge WT316. I've been making a lot of flowers lately, experimenting with many techniques and ending up with a pile of strange mutant flowers. These were made with the Spellbinders large scallop circle and an entire sheet of Blush Blossom (SU) cardstock. I sprayed the cut outs with water, blotted with a paper towel and used a sponge dauber to apply pink, orange, and mustard colored inks. The layers were then sprayed with pearl Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist and I added silver glitter glue around the edges of each flower. The centers were made with sunshine and small flower punches out of yellow paper. I wish now that I had waited until the card was put together to add the glitter glue because it takes a long time to dry and I have not patience, I just had to put the flowers together while they were still wet!! The greenery was made with Old Olive (SU) and Sizzix Decorative Flourishes Sizzlits and the Kaisercraft dp was embossed with a paisley embossing folder. Let me know if I forgot anything. TFL & God Bless!!

Oh my goodness, your flowers are beautiful! I'm amazed you made them out of scalloped circles - thats some fabulous ink work - soooo pretty and wonderful to frame such a meaningful verse!
