This is a combined challenge of Sat. inspiration, Ruche - awesome site & today's TLC - Follow the Edge. We went to Wright State U for my GD softball games & froze our butts off the whole w/e. But I was able to look at Ruche & pick out my inspiration from Art of Detail. I picked this dress: http://www.shopruche.com/rosebud-rom...ss-p-6119.html
I thought since we are getting close to prom I'd go w/ a dress. I used my wedding dress template & slimmed it down a bit, added some rolled roses - first time to try those - and some very thin cuttings of c/s. The dress was also embossed using an ef that I can't recall the name.
Today's TLC was follow the edge, so I trimmed my panels to follow the line of the dress. I think I will send this to my DGD who will be going to her senior prom this year.
Thanks for stopping by to take a peek.

Now, that is one fantastic creative card by our one and only BUGZI. The rolled roses are so beautiful, but I'm a-scared to try them. THe prom dress with the ef and shapes of card stock to match is priceless. DGD will be elated to receive this awesome card!

Look at all those luscious layers!!! What a fabulous card. Your roses are just perfect. What a creative use of that embossing folder. This dress is something I would like hanging in my closet for me to wear on a special occasion!!!

When I looked at the thumb nail, I thought this was one classy easter bunny ... and then giggled when I clicked through and saw it was instead a classy prom dress ... fabulous inspired design.
