Well, I just cannot get into Kirklands to look for some inspiration; I've tried both computers and two different browswers and there's nothing doing. So I just ran with the contrast between the black and white butterfly on the coloured table in Stef's fourth thumbnail.
Card is sized to fit a business envelope. I scored 1/2" and 3/4" in from each long edge, and stamped the swirl from Doodle this in between the score lines with Versafine Black. I wrote Happy Birthday down the stem, and then coloured it with watercolour crayons. I also stamped the large flower three times on white card, and the small one once. I cut these down to rectangles 1 3/4" by 1 7/8" and layered them onto black panels 2" x 1 7/8". The flowers are coloured with watercolour crayons, with some green Stickles on the inside panels, and some clear microbeads in the centre of the flower on the front panel.
I've created a basic tutorial with photos which can be found HERE
I came across this Flip-Down Stack in a magazine about three years ago - having lost my template it took a bit of work carefully examining old photos to recreate it when I couldn't find anything on Google .
Butterfly is Penny Black.

Don't you hate it when things don't go as planned??!! Love what you did those. I like the "line drawing" quality of your images that are softly colored, Sabrina. The scored lines are such a GREAT accent.

These are fabulous, Sabrina - I love what you've done with the Doodle This stamp which doesn't get enough attention on my craft table even though I really like it!
