This looks a little out of place at the A-Card-&-Me awards, but I didn't have any glam stuff that didn't involve a wedding or a bathtub, and I couldn't compete with the grunge cards attending....so I decided to go in a different direction (especially since it is Thursday already and the red carpet is already pulled up so it is safe for George to come now - George is my baby Giraffe).
I hate that Lauren had such clear dreams but is having to face such giant obstacles. So many people have no clear dreams and no heart involved in the ones they do have, so when you see drive, heart and determination, you just want it to suceed! I hope my card will make her smile at least.

I love this card with it's natural colors, the adorable giraffe, and the special sentiment. Lauren will too as she loves this kind of sweet card. Many thanks for your efforts on Lauren's behalf.

Ooops, sorry it took me so long to get back to see your sweet card - Reaching for the stars is what all the contenders have been doing all year, and this cute giraffe is doing it in style!- Love your DP and the framing of this to highlight him. Lauren knows what its like to reach for the stars, for sure, so she will get a LIFT out of your card - Great job, my friend!

I'm sure this will make her smile - it made me smile. Those wonderful animal prints for your background are perfect and the sentiment is just super for this occasion.
