I went with this Pet Card Case as my inspiration. It reminded me of Basic Grey's Max and Whiskers collection which I love and have devoured!
I used Cuttlebug Fanciful labels die for the frilly label, highlighted the flourishes with white acrylic paint, and added coordinating chipboard stickers as embellishments for the card. I gave the cat a tag collar to finish it off.

Awww Anne It's a good thing your dp is in the background and the dogs are small...the cat's safe then. LOL Very fun website and your gorgeous sun and cloud look good and the cat quite content to be. TFS
