I made this card for Papertrey Ink's December Blog Hop which challenged us to create a card using the leftover pieces and scraps from our holidays cards, wrappings, etc. I LOVE this silver ribbon that came on a baggie of cookies from a neighbor so I decided to use that and a leftover strips of brushed silver cardstock that I used to make holiday cards. The silver embossed snowflakes are from Heather Nichols' Rustic Snowflakes set and I placed a few self adhesive rhinestones in their centers for some extra sparkle and bling. I would have liked to have embellished it more but I think I have a fever and probably should go to bed, I really wanted to finally participate in a PTI blog hop though.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my card. I hope your holidays sparkled!

Meredith this is sooo lovely! All of the icy silver and the embossing makes for a perfect snowy card. LOVE that ribbon and how you used it in your layout!

Very pretty. Love the tone on tone look with all the silver and the glittery strips on the left side. The rhinestones in the snowflake centers was the perfect finishing touch!
