The Teapot Tuesday challenge this week is to honor Mrs. Eula Cousins who will be 108 (!) years old on Sept. 14. Miss Eula has lived a very colorful life in travel, in her beloved flower gardens and in her lifelong love of learning.
This my BRIGHT and colorful birthday card to celebrate the "Amazing" Miss Eula.
I used last week's sketch challenge.
I figured Miss Eula would be getting plenty of parrots and roses so decided to be contrary and bring her a magnolia and a long tailed pink bird...a rare species as yet unnamed. ;-)

OMG! Did you know? These long tailed pink birds are a very rare species and no one has ever captured one as beautiful as yours! National Geographic is paying $42,000 for the first ever captured. You better email em you got one! Ooh....bummer....guess you will have to tell em to take a hike because this is Eula's birthday card! No worries, the teapotters will take up a collection for your lost income! Giggle!
This is an awesome card! Love the hint of shimmery silver! Eula will be so tickled to see this rare and lovely little birthday messenger! You rocked cookie baker girl! Love it!
