Congratulations, Kittie!!!! Your gallery is phemonenal and amazing! I could graze for hours!!!! I have always loved your work! I chose this card to CASE: IC227 and QRTD04 by kittie747 at Splitcoaststampers I love the masking and the beautiful yellow!
I started out wanting to reverse mask my circle. But, then, the bakery doilies that I bought a few weeks ago caught my eye and I thought....hmmmm....I could work one of those into my card. Then, it went from there!!! I cut a Nestied circle and sponged with MS skyblue ink. I stamped a Verve Abundant Blessing image onto the center of the circle with Stazon Jet Black ink and placed the circle imaged onto the center of the doily. I added 6 light blue half pearls to the doily.
I sponged the bg and stamped an image from the same Verve set on the corners. It's nothing at all like Kittie's card! However, her card is where my inspiration came from.
What do you think?

Great card Kookzi... Love how you describe heading one direction, spotting something on your desk and heading off in another direction. (Because that describes my technique to a tee!) Love this Verve set (not in my collection, yet...) - very pretty card. RYPH

This is so pretty. First I love the lace doily in the background, it give this card such a nice soft feminine touch. Second I love how you did the corners. Simply delightful.
