This card is to show Darla and her daughter how critters such as the House Mouse cools off during the hot, hot, hot days of summer. Can you just feel the breeze from the fan and just taste the cool sweetness of the ice pop? Hmmmmmm..........And, just look at that tall glass of ice water!!! Oooohhhhh...I feel cooler already!!!!! LOL!
I added the butterflies just to reassure Darla that the House Mouse's will not harm her or her daughter.....these are friendly wittle critters!
I colored with Prismacolored pencils, used gel glitter pens for some sparkle, added Glossy Accents to the water in the glass. I added butterfly bling and used the Bow Easy for the yellow bow.

I'm feeling cooler myself - I love that image! What fun - every time I see these critters, it makes me wish that mice really were like this! Wouldn't the world be a more interesting place?
Love your colors and your dp. If that yellow one is banana - I want one!

Ah... I love HM stamps. So stinkin' cute. And, I love popsicles. And, I wish it was warm enough to want the fan on. (I actually turned the furnace on for a bit this morning to take the chill off things - I had goosebumps I was so chilled in the house. Back to the card - very cute - love the glossy finish to the water glass. RYPH!
