I've uploaded a few Christmas cards that I couldn't upload before Christmas Day just in case my family saw them beforehand thus spoiling the surprise. This one was for my 6 yr old DD. She has a teddy which is called Golden Teddy and my DD's cat is called Ruby.
This card also fits the CAS31 Challenge of "Pop it up" ie: using Dimensionals. All my snowflakes are popped up on dimensionals (I call them mounts here in Australia). See this link for the deets: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
The image was coloured with Gamsol & Prismas; the blue sky was done with my Kaisercolour Chalks. There is a Scor-Pal line under the ribbon & under the image, and I added a line of Frosted Lace Ice Stickles along the snowline. The snowflakes are the left-over punched shapes from my MS Snow Flurry edge punch and I added white pearls to the centre of the snowflakes.
The ribbon was made in 2 separate elements and I added a little bit of white sheer ribbon when I tied the knot just for a bit of interest.
Edited to add: I forgot to mention that I added some Polar White Flowersoft using Aeleen's tacky glue to the pom-pom on Teddy's hat.
Thanks for having a peek at my card!
