Late, late, late Saturday night, or maybe it was early Sunday morning by then, I remembered to check the Sneak Peek for the Teapot Tuesday Challenge (look at post 78 here.
So before I finished my packing, I ran around like a nut and put this card together.
Now I don't know what the requirements are going to be for the challenge today but I'm thinking that maybe Cindy has been notified by the law enforcement agents that the teapotters are under investigation.
You know there was talk about some jewels going missing when we joined The Queen, and then there were the allegations of bribing the judges in the California Cow Contest. As I remember it, there were some other questionable shenanigans at some of the other tea parties also.
And now, Cindy is trying to add more teapot members.
Yes, don't you know. This challenge is not just on her blog anymore. This challenge is on Splitcoast.
So, you see, there are any number of people who visit there who can become teapotters also. This is why I think they're keeping an eye on us. They need to find out just what it is about tea on Tuesdays and stamps and paper that causes so much strange behavior (and fun!).
Now you'll understand why this card is A Shot in The Dark.

OMG! You did pretty good making a card without knowing the story! Hee! A shot in the dark? Me thinks you were a witness for sure! Although all of the points you made in your comments are true....yikes...maybe we better befriend this inspector so he will keep his investigations limited to the Tudor Mansion!
Sorry I was so late in coming but Inspector Clouseau accidently flushed a piece of evidence down the toilet and I have been dealing with the plumber!!!
Your card is awesome Lorraine! So glad to see you here early! You must read minds...hee! I love that you will be actually able to send your card to someone, by that I mean a normal person! Giggle! Hugs....

Oh Lorraine, I do love this blue card, of course it's my favourite colour you know. This looks like the wall in the kitchen before the tragedy happened. Now, the wallpaper has change to a red polkadot, why do you suppose Miss Scarlett did that... Beautiful card!

Great colors, and the blue is perfect for English Bobbies!

Cute title! Neat card, you did a great job finding the bullet hole (that is what is in the flower's center, right?) Now we just need to find the weapon.
