My little froggy was hiding on my first card. Well can you blame him? He is only 1/4" big.
I made this for the color challenge too - especially if my water counts and being neutral. Water is clear isn't it? It just looks blue on this card.
I made the background with bubble wrap and bliss blue ink. I quilled my water lilly. There is a close up and more details on how I made the water lilly on my blog:

Another adorable card! OMG! He is little, really little! No wonder he is scared of these big ole frogs showing up invading his pond! I am so glad you made a smaller lily pad!
