After having the low mojo level light on for a couple weeks, the Dare to Get Dirty Challenges have filled my tank up so full that it is now splurting out onto my shoes (is there no auto-shutoff at the mojo pump?). With this card, I completed TEN challenges!
Tag Art
Clearly Creative:the cloud/wave patterned vellum from SEI
One Happy Stamper's sketch challenge
For the Boys: 1 patterned paper (the printed vellum), 2 stamps (ship & smooth sailing), 3 colors (SU brocade blue, So Saffron, and PTI soft stone)
Cut it Out: Nesties for the circles, tag punch
Tie One On: PTI twine
Taken with Texture:twine and embossed strip
Anything But Average: 5 1/2 square
Shades of Blue-Embellishable You!
Moved by the Music: "Come Sail Away" by Styx-one of my favorite songs from my homemade Freaks & Geeks soundtrack, just because the scene featuring the song is so adorable!
Whew, now on to the card description!
Not much that I haven't covered already; I colored the ship with prismacolor pencils (ginger root, chocolate, and slate gray) and baby oil on PTI rustic white and raised it on popdots. I glued the embossed blue strip and yellow circle to the vellum, then only applied glue to the vellum where the paper would cover it and attached it to the PTI soft stone. The soft stone is a really pretty color through the vellum.

WOW! I am just amazed at this card. You incorporated the challenges so beautifully! The printed vellum is just perfection with that boat image. Thanks for playing along in my challenge!

Oh, this is one of the best nautical cards I've ever seen....AWESOME!!!!! No wonder it was mentioned in the Favorites Thread this week. It'll now be in my faves, too!

Oh My!!!! How did I miss this one? Ten challenges in one card is amazing. I thought my 5 in one was stretching it. You have blown me away with this gorgeous creation! Wonderful job. Wait...did you include the create a scene challenge from Kittie? This might be an 11 in one card!
