My High School (Lynn English High School, Lynn, MA) colors were.......are you ready?.....RED and Gray. My Dad bought me a 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 convertible that was RED, gray and white. It was 18 feet long, and believe it or not, I could parallel park it. I wouldn't want to try that today!!! I had no trouble deciding what to use for an image, although my Dad would be horrified to see a Chevy (at that time Ford and Chevy were in competition for who was THE BEST!, and we were a FORD family!)

This is wonderful. We were always Ford folks. Your passion for red goes back a long ways. Love this image. Don't you wish you still had that car. What a fun way to tool around. Super job

Never did learn how to parallel park. Love your card - every detail is part of the story! Lucky to have red as your HS color too! If I could re=pick my wedding colors it would have been red. Should have listened to my Aunt Margie - she says bride's should always choose their favorite color - forget the trends!

This is fabulous, Anne! Of course your high school colors were red! You would have had to change schools, otherwise! Love the classic car and your colors! Great story!

Fabulous card! How lucky for you that your HS colors happened to be your favorite color! My DH had all kinds of old cars that he wishes he still had. He just had a 1930 Model A restored that he has had since he was 18!

Fabulous card - love the dp you paired it with! I too learned how to parallel park on my dad's 'big boat'. Made it simple with every car that came after LOL!

Love the school colors on your card and I do like those colors!
