The fabric for the dress is from hemming of the actual dress. I wanted to do more of these but never got fabric from other dresses. This is the style of her dress as best as I could do. I tried all colors of background and decided silver was best and ran it through the CB, swirls folder. For the flower, I hand sewed long stitches up both sides of a V shape of the fabric then pulled it, shaped it and sewed it to stay the bunched shape-I hope! Sorry for the glare, I had a heck of a time getting a good shot. I added gems to corners and ones at waist line, to tie it in to the ones inside. I tried ribbons, bows, etc but finally figured sometimes it's best to just leave well enough alone. Hard for me. Not to mention my hubby, of all people, said "Don't add a thing to it!" Go figure! So all said and done, I hope she likes it. TFL. : )

This is a work of art, inside and out! Just beautiful, and I'm sure she loves the personalization of it too. Great verse - I'm going to save it for future reference. TFS. Linda
