For Ways to Use It challenge, to use beautiful BUTTONS! I got some antique buttons at a garage sale, and don't use them because they are toooo pretty! So today, I chose one to feature all on it's own...think of it as today's Featured Button, hee! Made flower with PTI cardstock in Sweet Blush...punched single flowers, then after stamping each on Aida Cloth background, and sanding them, I split apart the layers of cardstock (kind of like the faux felt technique) and turned them into the petals of one large flower!

What an awesome idea. I love your flowers and I totally get the pretty button thing. I NEVER get enough pretty buttons and - shame on me - I always keep the prettiest and put the others on cards.

This is very cool Kelly. I love the vintage featured button. It needs to stand alone to show its beauty. Great colors and that background is a perfect compliment. I need to garage sale with you... Although I have to say my son came home with a button the other day. I said Oh THANK YOU.. Where did you get it.. He says " I had to trade Austin for a marker just to get it". Oh where did Austin get it.. He says " in the boys bathroom on the floor" Yikes.. It was too cute.
