I finally came up with a winter scene design for these wonderfully nostalgic Serendipity stamps, the Sled and Winter Homestead. They fit together so well that I only had to use my Stampa-ma-jig - no masking required! It was also fun to use my Prismacolor pencils again.
The sled and pine bough are stamped in Palette Noir and the homestead in Palette Charcoal. I used Versafine Onyx Black for the greeting and embossed with detail clear EP. After coloring the images, I overstamped the sled and pine bough with Versamark and embossed with detail clear EP to make those images pop more in the foreground.
The Papertrey white card base measures 4 3/4 x 7 inches, and it's flat for mailing.

What a wonderful scene, Linda! You achieved such depth with the accentuated image in the foreground and the distant scene stamped in Charcoal and softly colored for a hazy look. Love your beautifully shaded sky, and the font of the sentiment is a perfect choice for your nostalgic scene. Masterful!

I love the boldness of the images in the foreground contrasted with the softer images in the background! This is just fabulous! Great color and depth! I bow to your greatness, Linda!
