Wendy has a wonderful gallery to choose from! I used the emboss resist technique, stamping the snowflakes with versamark, embossing with clear ep, then used sponge daubers to rub on color, starting with soft sky, then baja breeze and finished with not quite navy. Julee Tilman refers to this style as *vintage values* and I love the look! The large snowflake was done the same way and I cut the circles with the Cuttlebug and Nestabilities dies. The BG was done with a punched snowflake used as a mask and I used craft white and a sponge to apply the ink. The circle is popped up with foam tape and I added the ribbon and bow.
