What a colorful and interesting hotel! I was really drawn to the turquoise/white Spring Grove room so I drew my inspiration from it. I don't know why, but I kept thinking of a Christmas outdoor scene in these colors. I was also inspired by Mutnik's wonderful card from yesterday. I really like the frame idea.
For my frame, I stamped the tree (AI) w/ white and white embossed, then cut around the right side and inserted the large scallop rectangle nestie and cut out the opening. I used a torn piece of paper as a mask and used the white ink dtp and embossed w/ white. Then I used a splatter dot stamp (Inque) and embossed over the snow and tree using the stardust ep. I sponged on some of the colors from the kpad then wiped the ink off the embossed area. I drew the swirls around the edges w/ a white Prismacolor pencil. The greeting (HA) is white embossed in the lower right corner.
I stamped all the other trees/scenery using the kpad on a separate piece of white c/s. Filled in the snow areas w/ white ink and embossed. Then used the same dot stamp to add the stardust ep to resemble sparkling snow falling. I attached the frame w/ foam tape. TFL

Love the frame idea! I also love the color and the room you chose. If I had time, that would be the room I would chose for inspiration. I love the snowy effects on the big tree and the snow area of the main image! This is gorgeous!
