I tried the shaving cream technique before, but at that time I used shaving gel and got very pale results. This time I went out and bought the cream and I love what happened. Here is the link to the technique: Shaving Cream Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
I made 8 panels. But who knew that the cream would make me sneeze and sneeze and sneeze. I hope it doesn't do the same to the recipients of the cards I will make.
I stamped the image and die cut an oval. Leaving the die on the oval paper, I coloured a sky and water, but went over the edges of the image, so stamped the image again on white cs and fussy cut it and adhered it over the first image. Mounted the oval on dimensionals and stamped the sentiment.

Gorgeous background AND card. Who would have known shaving cream would cause you to sneeze?

I am fragrance allergic too so I can relate to your sneezing (all the foams seem to have an immense amount of fragrance!) If its a calm day I work outside so it's not as intense - Your bg turned out beautiful and I love the way you've spotlighted your joyful woman dipping her toes in the ocean. Beautifully done, Ina!

What a beautiful card this is Ina. Your shaving-cream bg is just gorgeous and really showcases your image so beautifully. I am so sorry to hear about all the sneezing that you endured, but you persisted and made a gorgeous card despite all the sneezing. Hugs! ~Karen.
