For IC600, Audrie has us creating from a Tim Holtz Inspiration board on Pinterest. My inspiration was this pin, https://www.pinterest.com/pin/59039445095855684/.
I started by sponging yellow distress inks from lightest to darkest onto the Neenah White panel, ending with Fossilized Amber Oxide. I splattered water droplets from my fingers onto the panel and then stamped the flower in Fossilized Amber Distress ink. The edges are sponged with Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain. I added 2 strips of washi tape (different patterns) before I stamped the flower silhouette in archival black ink. I used the brick EF and Rusty Hinge ink to stamp the background. Added the chitchat sticker (sponged with brown ink) to an ink sponged strip of so saffron. Added the hemp cord and gold thread with bead, layered on so saffron and popped up on whisper white.

WOW Julie..this turnd out so cool! Your sponging is wonderful going from light in the middle to the darker outer edges....with that light center it looks like it glows! And I like the details of the washi tapes in the middle and then the embossed stamping. Gorgeous!

What a gorgeous card! The background is amazing, not just the coloring but all the different elements, like the subtle silhouettes, shadows of the black silhouette images. Lovely!
