For today's color challenge I decided to go for dessert of ornaments even though I don't make my Christmas cards. I send out JCPenney portraits cards with pictures of my two boys.
My nephew's high school Christmas concert is coming up and they always have a basket raffle, so I will be donating a basket of cards. This card will find a home in that basket.
I started by embossing the gold "enjoy" and punching out three circles and embossing those in gold as well. Next I embossed the red sentiment and stamped, embossed, and fussy cut the red parts of the ornaments. This was a one layer card, but after I assembled the card and drew the gold string to hang the ornaments, I decided I needed to cut it out and mount it to make it at least a two layer card. I think my problem is the wrinkles that I get when I shoot it with my heat gun. Any advice for that issue?

Such a great idea to donate your cards for this event, and some lucky winner will be thrilled to have these one of a kind cards.

Oh this is SO Pretty....Love the way your gold shines!
*Have you tried using the heat gun on the back of your project after the ep is heated? It will make the card unbend. Also, wait for the heat gun to get good and hot before aiming on your ep. Hope that helps~
