Stamped the top panel, cut out an oval and then white embossed the edges to give a snowy feel.
The panel under was inked with Memento markers, sprayed with water and stamped. Sponged and splattered for interest.

Super card, Karen! I LOVE that neat frame--at first I thought you'd done it with marker and thought what a neat idea! Love the frosted edges and pretty flowers in the oval!
