Catching up with HYCCT14 challenges and another card for today's IC site, Schweitzer Linen. This time I drew inspiration from this PLACEMAT AND PLATE and used the paper tole technique chosen by Lydia for her first challenge of this campaign.

Not only are your butterflies beautiful, but the brilliant colors as well. I can only imagine how pretty this is IRL with your paper tole. Beautiful card, Sallie.

Extraordinary! You did a beautiful job with the butterflies, but the thing that strikes me is the blue border and white space. Even though there are plenty of beautiful wings, when you look at the card there is still the sense of "white space". This reminds me of a "Doodle Art" poster I had on my wall when I was a youngster - I loved it too!

Your butterfly garden is Fabulous, Sallie! I love the look of butterflies in place of flowers! Oh, and you cracked me up with your comment about the BIG beautiful bouquet! I'll bet if he ever gave you a small one, you were sure to let him know just what you expected! ; )

Well, this butterfly beauty has captured my eye, Sallie! I keep looking at this magnificent creation, wondering just how many of them are actually off the paper, do my eyes deceive me! Such a beautiful flight of fancy!

Sallie, STUNNING doesn't even do this justice! The prolific array of colour is a delightful kaleidoscope dancing in flight across your design. I stand amazed

This is gorgeous! It reminds me of a bookmark my friend gave me yesterday with a whole kaleidoscope of butterflies (I had to look up what a group of butterflies is called!) in 3-D. I love the blue frame around the outside with the butterflies extending beyond the edges.
