Bridget (bfinley) asked us to make a card from Emily Dickinson's HOPE IS THE THING. I was inspired by the feathers part but went in the direction of wings for some odd reason and the no words part made me think about white on white and those letters are perched there. I don't know how I got here but it works for me.

Wow! White on white is a winner, Jean...the clean, pure lines and simplicity of design and message make this incredibly beautiful! Into my fav's for sure! So glad you got to play in the challenge, thankyou!

Congratulations! In the General Stamping forum, you're in the FAVORITES for the week ending October 14, 2012. See post #_55___. I missed this stunning card the first time around. It is spectacular. tfs

A lovely card, and that's the way it works sometimes - we start a project and just follow where it takes us. Your card certainly gets the message of HOPE across.

Jean this is fantastic. I love all the white with just the hint of pink on the butterfly's back.
