For this week's Ways to Use it challenge, Cathy has asked us to use windows/doors. I had it in my head that a chapel would look good on top of a wedding cake. Funny how things in your head can be so wonderful! LOL I guess everyone is inside praying.
I made this chapel with my cricut and the "I do" cartridge. And the cake base, also. There was a stand on the cake, but I ran out of room and chopped it off. Then I added a little embossing ( I seem to be stuck on this particular folder), punched some little flowers and added pearls. I have this LOVELY stamp I wanted to use, but I ran out of room, so I will stamp the inside. It is by PSX.
Thank you for taking a peek!

This is great..what a clever idea to put your chapel on top of the cake...I especially like how the steeple comes out the top of the card! Love the swirly cake and all the pearls..those must have taken some patience! Wonderful card Kathleen!

How pretty and so clever, Kathleen! Every time I see a card using a Cricut, I say I need to get mine out. Well, I need to get mine out, lol! Your cake is lovely and the colors are so pretty. And now I'll be singing that song in my head all day!
