This is for my neighbor, her new boyfriend wanted me to make a card for her, and they are into bikes so I thought I would soup up a bike for her...lol...her own pink harley...skukem..lol
I am also doing 2 challenges...the free for all which is summertime things you like to do and who doesnt like to ride along on your bike with the wind blowing through your hair. and the other challenge is for the Queen for the day roxie...she has such an amazing gallery, so many awesome styles and of course sketches...:0)..this is the one I chose to CAs...Keep on Cruisin by Rox71 at Splitcoaststampers was another one with a truck and flowers which I thought was so neat, kind of part of the tough side and yet part of the soft side...so I thought I would do the same here...except I lost ther other link to that card...so many to see...
I sponged the sky and grass and colored the bike with markers and then glittered it up a bit...I had the embossing bg so couldnt do the tree flesh so stamped it water colored it and cut it out,,,and did not want it to feel left out so gave it a bit of bling as well...it is dusk the sunset is shining on it.lol,,,I know any excuse to add glitter...lol...(help me)...lolol. added the pearls to finish the corners and then the sentiment...was going to do black around it but left it plain...too much otherwise maybe...thanks for visiting...:0)

That is one tricked out Harley and she will be glittering on down the road on that baby! I really like your image, tree and the colors used as BG for the bike. Really awesome card.

Wendy, I think you could get a job with Orange County Choppers or one of those cool custom chopper places - this chopper is amazing. What cool colors and sparkles! My favorite though is your sky! I use to live in New Mexico and I have seen skies like this there. I use to love to go outside and watch the sunsets there - they were unbelievable. This is one great card for your neighbor. Hugz!!!!

Nothing like a girly bike, loaded with all the sparkly stuff to set a girl's heart a-flutter - love how you layered it in those cool newsties - perfect for the cycle and what a gorgeous sky behind!!
The glittery tree and the corner pearls all add up to a great feminine card and one I am sure you neighbor will love!! TFS
