I used a Penny Black stamp and clear embossing ink and opaque white embossing powder. Applied some Frosted Lace stickles (not enough sparkle for me!!), popped on a few dew drops and misted the whole thing with Sparkle-Shimmer Mist. Silver paper is from Concord and navy paper is from my stash. Decorated the envelope and VOILA!!

Totally gorgeous! I love the white on that dark and your Frosted Stickles look awesome. If I'm not mistaken, that is a Queen Anne's lace stamp....so appropriate.
