I started out with a simple card in mind & ended up with this...you just never know, do you?!
I shaded the yellow tulips by coloring with the Real Red marker along the top edge & then using the Aqua Painter to blend the colors together. The ribbon is aged with Saffron ink....just can't leave anything alone!
