Top flap opens up to say......If nothing ever changed, there would be no butterflies. The bottom flap opens too.

I totally see what you mean!! This is a "double flapper!" Love the sentiment, too (I am the self-professed Butterfly Queen and even I don't own a stamp that says that!)! Very pretty ...
