I made this for both this week's Limted Supply challenge which asked us to make a one layer card - not easy for a girl who usually does lots of layers - and for the Inspiration Challenge which uses Elum prints. I used both regular and reverse masking to create the main image then used a combination of inks to created the background color.
This is a white card, I photographed it against a black background so it would show up.
