I went on a road trip a couple of weeks ago. Some CNY friends did some serious damage in 2 different LSS. Afterwards we checked out Snowcountry 311's stamping area. and it isn't quite put together. Lucky Gayla has a talented DH who makes made to order cupboards and drawers and WOW is it great. She has 2 drawers full of punches and all the ribbon is rolled onto coasters. The wall runner is a carpet runner mounted on a board and she can tack things on that. In the corner the little message says " Grandma said when God made me he was showing off!" Thanks for all the great ideas Gayla.

yup it's a carpet runner you buy right off the bulk at home depot/lowes. we mounted/glued it onto home a sote board. i understand board it just like drywall but made out of recylced paper. what the true purpose is i'm not sure of. we adhered it w/ rubber cement. then allen framed it on for me. over the drywall screw i hot glue cute grey ladybug buttons onto them.
and yes you can use thumb tacks/push pins,etc on it.

I love your room!! My fav, I do believe, is the carpet runner! I explained to my DH exactly YOUR DH made it for you! Hoping it was a great hint for him! LOL
