-Image panel is ink distressed with both black and yellow to create the night scene background.
-The yellow started out as white, I sponged with yellow chalk ink and black distress ink. I then lightly inked up the weathered wood backgrounder image and used the finger walking technique. Finger walking is laying the cardstock on the inked up image and walking your fingers across or slightly rubbing only in small areas so you donÂ’t get a full coverage.
Stamps: Cornish Heritage Farms/CHF – Nature Silhouettes, Weathered Wood backgrounder, handmade circle for moon and stars are made from a pencil eraser
Paper: White, Stampin Up – Basic Black, Tempting Turquoise
Ink: Colorbox – Yellow Cadmium, StazOn – Jet Black, Tim Holtz/Ranger – scattered straw, black soot distress inks
Accessories: SU oval punches, MS border punch, decorative brads, paper perforator for tool distressing, sponges

Oh, Roxie, this is a gorgeous silhouette design....such depth of color and I love the stamps you used!!! Love the punched boarder, too...I saw that MS punch at Michael's today but didn't get it...drat!!! Thanks for playing the challenge today!!!
Beautiful card, Roxie! I love the silhouette, neat border, distressing and brads! I like how you used yellow in the main panel BG--I wouldn't have thought to do that--I have lots to learn!
