LSC178- Treat Yourself His & Hers

 | | When I saw the challenge, I knew ...... (in my crazy thinking outside of the box world that I live in)
1) I wanted to do paper piecing
2) I wanted to make his & hers cards, THEN.....
I remembered I had wanted to use the SU color wheel as an inpiration for a card sometime, and decided this was the sometime!
I picked two base colors- Ballet Blue and Rose Red and then got out scraps of all of the coordinating colors and complimentary color and went for it.
Each card is an exact opposite of the other- same colors used in the same areas- example:
Real Red- top ribbon,ink for top tag, outline bottom tag, frosting, and flame
Cameo Coral- same items as above. Yes, I know this is wierd or OCD, but it made it easier to keep things the same on each card.
I like the results.....may have to use this "plan" of color again in the future.
