This challenge was to use river rock, soft sky and very vanilla. It is a lovely combination.
For this card I stamped the horses in river rock and then sponged skoft sky around them. I mounted them onto river rock and then layered a soft sky coloured $1 bin ribbon under the double stitched river rock and attatched it to the main panel with 3 gold brads. I ran a piece of soft sky through my CB using distressed striped and then highlighted the embossing by rubbing over it with soft sky. I layered it all onto a very vanilla card base and sponged the edges of that with river rock. The sentiment if stamped in soft sky.
I like this colour combination and thought it gives a really nice soft and calm look to whatever you're stamping. It would make a nice seaside type card too but I don't have anything like that really so I stuck with my beauties stamp from Island Stamps

Wow! This card is stunning and beautiful! Stamping the horses in a softer more subtle color changes things so much, I would not have thought to try that myself.
