Great bunch of challenges this week! I was already working on the TLC, CC and SC when I saw what the WT was this morning. Wasn't sure I could work it in until I found some dill seeds I thought would work. I learned a couple of things about dill seeds: 1. one side is flat, the other is not 2. dill seeds do not like tweezers. They will hop around like fleas to avoid the tweezers. I felt like Mr. Miyagi (sp?) in Karate Kid, trying to catch flies w/ chopsticks.
So, the image was colored w/ markers and sponged around the edges. The little dill seeds were glued on top of the little stamped greenery. The saffron piece was grid scored and lightly sponged w/ saffron ink.
The layers are pretty easy to see; brads were added and all layers were edged w/ a black marker. The image w/ the grid layer and the sentiment panel are on foam tape. TFL

This is a wonderful card and how amazing that you incorporated all those challenges in one card!! I need to do that more often so I can get more housework done and consume fewer hours w/cardmaking. :-)

Julie this is terrific. I love all the challenges in one awesome card. Love the paper studio paper. That is perfect with this old bird. I think this card is fabulous. Cole got happy mail from you today. It is AWESOME. I will add it to my RAK album after he falls asleep today. He is a little mommy needy today. I am off to pm you.
