 | | This is for WT174- The challenge was to use minis - stamps, brads, whatever -
Now most of us know about Speedy the Cat and all the inspiration he gives Faith and I've wished more than once that my cat did more than just lay around the house. While, last night when I was assembling this card, Midnight jumps up on the desk, which is nothing new - my desk is in front of HIS window. Instead of heading for the window, he lays in the middle of everything I am working on and watches every move I made.
He has never done that before, so I'm hoping maybe, just maybe, he's going to start behaving like Speedy and give me some awesome inspiration in the future.
My main image is another one of the $1.00 stamps I found at Joannes!
My white cs was stamped with a mini, itty bitty little shamrock. My main image was stamped 3 times, colored with my Prismas, ducky was stickled once, cut out twice and mounted each time on pop dots. Then that was mounted on my yellow scalloped paper and the scallops were pierced.
Sentiment was stamped on the oval cut out with Quickutz nesting ovals and attached with eyelets.
The DP came from my local SCC and I thought it was a little bold and maybe I'd use it - by ribbon is from Michaels $1.00 bin.
So, not only did I use mini stuff, I used mini amounts of money!
