Clear polyshrink is finely sanded on both sides, with Stampin' Pastels "buffed" onto both sides, in circular motion with cotton balls, in 2 coordinating colors--in this case Turquoise & Garden Green--then cut out in irregular shapes. Punch 1/8" holes, then shrink. While STILL hot, quickly impress a textured stamp into it, then allow to cool for a few minutes. Remove stamp--looks like embossed glass pieces found on the beach . . .
