I've combined today's sketch challenge with the Crafty Secrets weekly challenge which this week has the theme of incorporating black in our vintage cards (details are here - why not come join us if you have Crafty Secrets or Heartwarming Vintage stuff to play with). I decided to go the whole hog and use a black card base, too!
Supplies: Sew Special and Mini Memories (Clear Art Stamps by Crafty Secrets, Cheesecloth backgrounder (Cornish Heritage Farms), Versafine Onyx Black, Clearsnap Fluid Chalk ink (Dark Peony, Rouge, Pink pastel, Creamy Brown), Cuttlebug Textile Texture folder, Prismacolor pencils/OMS/stump, pinking shears, sewing machine and thread
More details and a slightly bigger pic in this post on my blog if anyone wants them.
TFL!

I love this double challenge Joanne...looks like your back into the groove.
I saw this sketch EARLY this morning and thought it was pretty interesting....yours turned out great! That black stitching really looks cool and I love the texture of the textile folder. Pinks and black are definitely was one my favorite color combos so this card is going into my faves!

Joanne, you have outdone yourself. This is just fantastic. Love the color combo, embossing and the stitching. I must take out my sewing machine and try this out more oftern. You did well in combining the 2 challenges together. TFS
