Hi! This card was made for today's Sketch Challenge.
Speedy the Cat has struck again! I have no idea how he knew I wanted to use this NEW Stamp Simply Thank You set from Flourishes, but he did! (It was hidden under the bath mat along with Poppy Patch!
So, I took Speedy the Cat's advice, once again, and I used the sentiment from Poppy Patch and the flower and word images from Thank You.
I stamped the flower image on white and colored it in using Twinkling H2O's. I cut out the leaf and petal and put them aside.
Next, I stamped the image in Noir Black Palette ink onto the Basic Grey panel. Then, I added the word image.
I layered the flower, leaf and that sneaky Laurence the Ladybug with mounting foam.
I stamped the sentiment, punched it, then made a Nestibilities mat.
I added gold brads to the "points."
The dots were added with an Inkssentials pen and marker.
