Here is another submission for Tuesday's Crafty Secrets challenge......Using "Black" in our Vintage projects. Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I decided to use the KISS method on this project......
"Keep It Simply Stupid"...unusual for me.
My son will be leaving for college in a month and is an avid reader. I thought the sentiment was appropriate for his college school experience and enjoying the books he will read. It's just a mini bookmark ( space is precious in a dorm room). The picture layer is just 1 1/2"x 2 1/4" as is from CRafty Secrets. The actual bookmark is 2 layers thick and the backside slips over the page. Hope you enjoy it!

What a great little project! The D-ring pull for the top is a wonderful idea and the whole thing looks suitably masculine! Hope your son has a wonderful time at college (and even though I'm a Brit, yes I can complete the book title from your photo :o)

So many items in this smaller piece. Love the way they all work together!
