Thanks Carole for hostessing this weeks CC while Emily is on vacation...Tuscany, perhaps? In dreams, maybe? That's what your choice reminded me of...sunny, leisurely days feeling the warmth of the sun on your back...oops, I could get lost in the memory!!!!
My card today is going to have to remain a bit of a mystery for I suspect someone will read this and I wouldn't want to spoil my sentiment! So I'll just say it is a Stampers Anonymous image behind those fabulous B Line Designs rustic doors. I stamped on SU chocolate chip in TH di walnut stain and embossed with clear. The doors are mounted onto the card base with copper staples. I hand carved the windows which now glow with SU groovy guava. The card base is SU barely banana which has been stamped with Impress distressed floral (TH di scattered straw). I love the fresco feel that image gives to the walls of my villa in Tuscany.
To whoever receives this in the mail this week, pull the star, there is a message you need to read first! I hope you like it!!!
Thanks for looking and your comments always make me smile!

OMG this is very intriguing. I hope you let the rest of us in on the secret. I for one am very curious. You wouldn't by any chance be preparing for a great Tuscan adventure, would you? Whatever the outcome, I'm waiting to hear the end of this story. This card is wonderful, it's done its job--I'm anxious to hear the outcome.

Susan, what an extraordinary and intriguing card! I couldn't wait to see what you would do with the colors! They were difficult for me, but I knew you would do something very special and you did, indeed! The intricate cutting of all the windows in this Tuscan gate is spectacular! You must let us know the rest of the story once the lucky recipient has received this!

Oh Susan, I love your mysterious Tuscan villa and I'm intriqued as to what the sentiment might be lol! The doors are fabulous and really do have the feel of Italy. A onderful card.
